A Millionaire's First Love (Movie)-2006

A first glance to the tittle, I thought that thsi is maybe another lame film. This is actually my second copy. I deleted the first one cause my com does not have enough spaces but I'm glad I have the chance to watch it.

The story is about Kang Jae-kyung, a spoil boy who lived with a really rich grandfather. But then, his grandfather died and left all his wealth to his grandson. However, he can only accept the inheritance money at 18 with some condition, he must graduate from high school from his childhood place.

At there, he met with Choi Eun-whan, an orphanage teenager who lived in an orphan house. However, the house land is owned by his grandfather but after he passed away, his lawyer who in charged in the property before Jae-kyung turned to 18, wants to claimed the land.Jae-kyung wants to do something about is but he is powerless. However, the lawyer offered him the land but he must give up the inheritance and only receive 0.1% of the wealth.

After some time, he then rediscover some of his memories about his parents and also his childhood lover. However, Choi Eun-whan is actually suffer from a disease that is related to her heart. She cannot be too happy or too sad or her heart will be in pain, which means she cannot be in love. This disease however is at critical state that it is too late for cure. However, she has been strong and continued with her love even though it is risking her life.

A really emotional story. I wasn't expect anything in the beginning but were blown away until the end. For me, 2 hours is not enough to present a story, that's why I preferred drama most. But then, after watching this drama, it really showed that I am wrong, even though this movie is only 2 hours of duration,but it is presented really well like a drama.

The best Korean movie EVER...
